We're building Bega Valley's first indoor climbing gym, and we've been building it with the valley for over a year. Now we're putting together the founding team, the people who will set the tone from day one.
One gym, one team, one shot at an opening day done right. Here's who we're looking for.
Be the face of the gym. Own the daily operation, the customer experience, the team and the culture, reporting directly to the founders.
The routes are the product. Set fresh, varied boulder problems across 300m² of walls, for everyone from first-timers to seasoned climbers.
The first face people see. Check-ins, inductions, café service and keeping the floor safe and welcoming. Climbing experience not required.
